We have been advised that Suffolk County Council are no longer going to support the FREE Onesuffolk portal with effect from 1 November 2016.

Although it is possible for the Mellis eNews to retain the current website at a cost it is also possible that we will move it to another portal and you may not find us in our usual place after 1 November.   This may delay the publication of our Autumn/Winter 2016 Edition but, if it does, we hope to be back with you as soon as possible.

We will publish details of any changes as soon as possible. In the meantime please follow our Facebook page, which will be unaffected

Welcome to the Home page of our website and to the SUMMER 2016 edition of the Mellis eNews. We hope you find our newsletter interesting and informative. Please let us know if there is anything you would like to see featured in future editions and please do send us your articles, photographs, comments, event details etc. We would like this to be your Mellis eNews.

Our COMMUNITY page includes information about local clubs and organisations, where to stay, and of course details on our local hostelry.  While our INFO page provides answers to many of those questions we all ask now and again about local services but don't know where to find an answer from.

You can also find us on FACEBOOK. Just follow the link on the left of this page - we regularly post items that we think you might be interested in or that concern local issues.

Previous editions of the eNews have been archived but you can access these just click HERE

Please note:  COPY DEADLINE for AUTUMN/WINTER 2016 edition is 28 October 2016

The Summer 2016 header is from an original painting by local artist Peter Swaffer  http://www.peterswaffer.co.uk/
